· Strong Core Java/Server Side experience

· Hands-on Application Development using JDK 1.5+, Multithreading/Concurrent APIs, JMS, JDBC, Design patterns, data structures, Algorithms and OOPs concepts.

· Decent exposure to frameworks like spring, and ORM tools like hibernate, ibatis, JPA, etc.

· Should have hands on experience with Rest WebService

· Should have “basic“ PL/SQL experience

· Good to have WebLogic Experience

· Good to have IBM IIB (or any other Integration platform experience)
