We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead and scale high-performing engineering teams, driving technical strategy, architecture, and execution for cutting-edge SaaS Product companies. 

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience, preferably from mid-startups, and has managed teams of 50+ engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

-Define and drive the technical roadmap, ensuring scalability and reliability.

-Lead teams in building distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

-Implement best engineering practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps strategies.

-Work closely with product, business, and leadership teams to align technical vision with business goals.
