Procedure to Complete MCA

Hi,

Please find the procedure for obtaining Transfer and Character Certificate:

1. Goto "http://rknecalumni.org" site and register your alumni details (Required while taking "Anupam" sir signature).
2. Goto "Jonarthan" mam (Office Section) and take Transfer and Character Certificate form.

3. Fill your complete details on form.

4. Take HOD sir signature on it.

5. Take librarian sir signature on it.

6. Take "Jaiswal" sir (Account Section) signature on it.

7. Take "Anupam" sir (Alumni Association, T&P Section) signature on it.

8. Goto "Mishra" mam (Office Section) and submit this form with your final mark sheet xerox.

9. Come after 3 - 4 days, to take your TC from "Mishra" mam.

10. Now, goto cash section and show your TC to take "Caution Money"(Refundable Rs. 5000/-) check.

11. Lastly, come after 2 - 3 years, to take your MCA degree.

Complete your alumni registration by selecting year 2011, if 2010 is not there!!

This fatal error is coming while registration:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_create_thumbnail() in /home/rcoem/public_html/rknecalumni.org/wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-core/bp-core-avatars.php on line 263

I am not able to register there! Should I report to our department/T&P or u will do?
