Basic Qualifications:

• Graduate Degree

• Experience with Java, SQL

• UNIX tools/platform experience

• Experience using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PERL/Ruby/Python/PHP, SQL,Java, AJAX programming languages

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and organization skills

• Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions

• Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment

• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload

• Customer focus and professional demeanor

• Strong written and verbal communication

Job Responsibilities:

• Mine data from database tables (SQL server, Oracle, Data Warehouse, server log files) to help augment our reports.

• Ability to write PERL/Ruby/Python scripts which would help identify gaps in our processes and give the team the ability to solve these issues with your root cause analysis

• Develop tools and browser plugins using HTML, PHP, Java, and AJAX which would help increase efficiency of our operations team.

• Providing analytical support and collecting data from DBs and log files to help drive our root cause investigations.

• Root cause research into identifying issues with systems and abnormalies specific to crawling multiple websites.
