Is This a Legitimate Company or a Scam? Concerned About My Job Placement?

I am mba graduate from Banglore and we got a company called The House Of Originals for campus recruitment and selected on April month. They told us to pay 1800 for the uniform fee, which we paid still now we didn’t get the welcome kit and uniforms.
That is another part but the thing here is
They sent an email regarding the joining date for company on Aug 14th and told us to come Ahmedabad for two days for training, also they sent reimbursement policy (so we booked flights according to that)
Then after some days, on 5th Aug they sent an email update regarding the updated joining process that management management has decided to commence their Qatar operations in August 2024. Consequently, our India operations have been delayed until October 2024 due to the flood-like situation affecting various parts of the country.

As everyone knows fight policy we didn’t get our full refund only 10-15% of the money will refunded. Even though we cancel the Burden is on us (hr told us).

From that day we didn’t get the update from the team. The team photos and details is not even visible in the internet. If anybody know about the company kindly reply to this….

What do you all think is the company scam ? Or they are correct ?
