Rendezvous 2017 feels immensely proud in introducing the new digital system to obtain entry to ProNites, this year onward. This year we are going completely digital which means no distribution of physical bands or passes will take place. The Rendezvous organizing team firmly believes that a fair and transparent system for distribution of ProNite passes is the first thing that we owe to the student community, for whom so much effort has gone into this fest. We don't want students to spend their valuable time in long queues, and instead use it to enjoy the spectacle that is Rendezvous!

Steps to gain entry to the ProNite:

1. Register using your official IIT Delhi Email ID at http://rdv-iitd.com/bohemian/#!/register. If who have already registered using any other Email ID then you will have to re-register using your official IIT Delhi Email ID. (Please note: Only use IDs of the form me21...@iitd.ac.in OR  mez1...@iitd.ac.in OR mcs142X...@iitd.ac.in etc. Do Not use me21...@mech.iitd.ac.in or John.Do...@mech.iitd.ac.in as you Email ID).
   
   
2. Visit http://rdv-iitd.com/bohogetaway/ and book your pass for all four ProNites individually. This first-come-first-serve booking will make you eligible for a pass to the ProNite. However, you will need to confirm your desire to enter the ProNite once again on the day of the event. In case you fail to confirm, your pass shall be passed on to one of the wait-listed aspirants. This is to ensure that seats in OAT don't go waste.
   
   
3. To confirm your entry for a ProNite, you have to visit on the morning of the particular ProNite (refer schedule given below) and click on 'Confirm Booking'. Note that this shall not be first-come-first-serve and can be done anytime during the assigned slot.
   
   
4. Upon confirmation*, a link containing the Pass with QR code will be sent on your IIT Delhi Email ID. This QR code along with your IIT Delhi ID card serves as your confirmation* for your entry to the ProNite.
   
   
5. We will also be making a wait list of bookings for each ProNite. In case a student with a Booked pass fails to confirm, the subsequent wait-list will automatically be mailed a confirmed Pass. 

How do I get a guest?

1. Your friends(Non IIT Delhi Students) can also gain entry to the ProNites by following a system similar to the one for IIT Delhi which will be up on http://rdv-iitd.com/bohogetaway/external.
   
   
2. The student will have to register on http://rdv-iitd.com/bohemian/#!/register.
   
   
3. Procedure for booking & confirmation, similar to IIT Delhi students, will be followed for Non IIT Delhi students. Although the schedule for Non IIT Delhi will be slightly different than IIT Delhi students.
   
   
4. Remember: These bookings will also have to be confirmed for a pass (with embedded QR Code) on the day of the ProNite. So notify your friends to do the same!

• For Booking (to be done on first come first serve basis)
  

1. Monday, 9th October, 9 PM - 10 PM - You can book passes for all the four ProNites.
2. Tuesday, 10th October, 9 PM - 10 PM - You can book passes for all the four ProNites.
3. Wednesday, 11th October, 8 PM - 10 PM - You can book passes for all the four ProNites.

• For Confirmation (those who have already booked their passes can confirm at any time in the below-mentioned slot)
  

1. For Melange, 13th October, 11 AM - 1 PM 
2. For Spectrum, 14th October, 11 AM - 1 PM 
3. For Kaleidoscope, 15th October, 11 AM - 1 PM 
4. For Dhoom, 16th October, 11 AM - 1 PM 

*Please Note:

1. Your pass (with embedded QR code) will have all the relevant details (Date, Time of Entry, Venue etc.) of the ProNite.
2. Your QR code is non-transferable. Our digital system is sophisticated enough to prevent fraudulent entry and would lead to disciplinary action against such an individual.
