Pls find attached a letter format for sending to all the graduates who have graduated in the April / May 2014 University / Autonomous Examinations, inviting them for the Graduation Day to be held on 7th February 2015.

I kindly request you to instruct the concerned faculty advisors to send the attached letter to all the eligible graduates.
