Using the lesson, WHAT IS GEOGRAPHY from http://thinkfinity.org my
students explored one of the following places on the internet: Congo,
Alaska, or Monterey Bay. They found information for the various
themes. Later we compiled their information on a large chart
organized by the place and the themes. It took two class periods and
gave them a chance to apply the questions listed on the theme chart.
