We have a social studies homework night each week and I have found
some great resources on edHelper. This gives them a little extra
reading on the topic and allows me to see if they are understanding
the concepts. Some titles that have coincided with our lessons are:
Our Wonderful Constitution; How Laws are Made; How a Bill Becomes a
Law; Our National Government; and You Have Rights. If you have a
subscription, they are nice to send with the students.
