I like "Around Town" by Chris Soentpiet. It's about a mother and daughter taking a journey around New York City. It's a great book to accompany "I Live in Brooklyn" which is the main book used in Unit 1. Also: I found a cool website for Lesson 4 in Unit 1 ( city, suburban, town).
