We had a MC meeting attended by all 6 office bearers and Mr Saldana & Mrs Preeti Naikar

Where in it was unanimously agreed to call for a special session of general body on Sunday 8th December 2013 at 11am.

Please find below the notice for SGM

REQUEST you all honourable a members of MC of GVCHS to be present on Tuesday 3rd Dec 2013 at 8pm for a emergency and urgent meeting at Society office.

Also a request to you all to be present at the SGM on Sunday 8th Dec.

Dear Honorable Members of Garden View Society,

The Chairman on behalf of the Managing Committee of GVCHS.

Would like to convene a Special session of the General body on 8th December 2013 at 11:am.

Venue: 15th floor, Garden View Building

Agenda: To discuss & finalise the Terms of agreement with Royal Palms on the following

1. Conveyance Deed ( 999 Years Lease deed of & GVCHS)
2. Estate Maintenance ( with Alfa Properties a sister concern of RP)
3. Provision Car Parks/ parking within & outside premises of GVCHS.
4. Physical Land with the proposed boundaries of GVCHS.
5. Any other agenda with permission of the chair.
