We are pleased to appoint you as _________in our Garden View Society w.e.f from May 13, 2013 till_______. This is 6 months contract basis (i.e. 160 working days excluding any one weekly holiday) will be the treated as the probation period during which Garden View Society reserves the right to terminate your services with a one months notice.( Normally in any probation period job can be terminated with a 24 hours notice period -- there is no need of one months notice during the probation period ) You will be confirmed only after successful completion of this probation period. In case you choose to terminate your services, it is mandatory to provide at least 1 months notice and hand over the responsibilities according to the set protocol failing to which you will not be eligible for any benefits. ( what are the benefits ? ) .
You will receive a monthly salary of Rs.______-p.m. All applicable taxes will be deducted at source. Performance parameters will be assessed for further review of your salary.
Your timings are from _____ a.m. to _____p.m. from Monday to Saturday. You are expected to follow a dress code and maintain discipline expected of an employee of a high class company. You will be governed by the service rules and regulations of the company.( The will appointed under the CHS ACT not by the rules & regulations under the companies Act ) . Your salary and other terms and conditions of services should be treated with strict confidence and should not be disclosed to other employees of the company.( SOCIETY ) .
Before/on the joining date you are required to submit the following to the Admin Manager
