Dear All,

We always entertain outside vendor (local cable vendor, Internet vendor etc) to access the terrace / common area to install dish antenna, without any security supervision and since all 4 access of terrace are in lock n key so the responsibility lies on us only.

I will instruct security guards to accompany these vendor to access the common area when ever needed.

Any more comments or ideas please put it forward.

Just wish to bring this to your notice that the LNB on my dish antenna (installed in the terrace) has been stolen. There was no signal in my TV since 12th of Nov'13. However we found out the reason on 14th morning when we checked at the terrace. 

 

I am not worried about the cost of LNB , which is nominal. However the incidence is alarming as we noticed some more LNB's missing in nearby dish antennas.

 

It would be nice if MC takes note of the incident and do the needful.

Dear All,

I want to bring to your notice some statistics.

367 flats in GV each flat needs at least 1 dish about 100 to 150 flats will not need to put dish on terrace however they can put if hey don't want to put the dish on their grills.

Also if about remaining 200 or more decide to put it on terrace we may not have any place left on eh terrace para fit to screw the dish.

Also these screws are ruin in the terrace and resulting into leakages. I have shown the condition of terrace to Mr Taksande & Mr Shukla and shared images too on what's app.

We need to install a common dish & provide connection.

Get internet guy to invest and install infrastructure so that we can clean the place.

He needs to maintain our place on our terms as he cannot ruin it.

Also avoid individual dish antenna as a society we may get a better deal for common dish and internet services.

Repair and restore terrace on priority.
