NOTICE

The Managing Committee Meeting of Garden View Apt. Co-op. Hsg. Soc. Ltd., will be held on 15^th December 2013 at 11.00 am in the society office to transact the following Agenda.

 

AGENDA

 

1)      To read & confirm minutes of  last Managing Committee Meeting held on_________

2)      To discuss and finalise data for share certificate and authorise one committee member with Chairman & Secretary to sign the Share Certificate.

3)      To discuss about Deemed Conveyance.

4)      To discuss about discrepancies in opening balance of individuals account.

5)      To Authorise one committee member to sign the legal document /papers and attend the court case to be filed against builder.

6)      To discuss about Parking of non-stickers vehicles ( to be park opp. Ruchi Road )

7)      To discuss about D.G. work.

8)      To discuss and decide about terrace & Electric room repair.

9)      All cheques to be signed in the society office.

10)   Legal Notice to be given to builder for water supply.

11)   To discuss & decide the work of office extension.

12)   Selection of Electrician by tendering process.

13)   Appointments letters to be given to all staff for 6^th month.

14)   Uniform to office members ( Safari uniform to Gents and ladies, recommended by Chairman)

15)   New year celebration.

16)   Notification of organisation chart.

17)   To purchase cleaning machine for housekeeping. ( recommended by Chairman )

Any other matter with the permission to the chair.
