
Important Notice: Improving our Customer Support
Based on feedback from our users regarding offering online support and tracking, CustomerGauge has implemented an integrated ticketing system from Zendesk. This will provide you with more transparency on the status of your issues logged, as well as help speed up issue resolution.
From today on, to request assistance, please use the “Support” Button on the left of your CustomerGauge screen. Your support request will be assigned to the relevant contact here at CustomerGauge and followed up within 24 hours or less.

We have also integrated it in the CustomerGauge platform. You can either choose the live chat or send a support ticket to us when clicking the grey 'Support' button on the left side. The 'Support' button will be shown on the login page and in the CustomerGauge platform.

Note: In case there is no live agent to chat with you, please send us a support ticket and we will reply you at our earliest convenience. You can also send us an email at any time: sup...@customergauge.com
Login to ticketing system is optional!
Tickets will be answered by email. Certain users in a client organisation can review ALL tickets (from that client organisation). For this, a login to the ticket system is needed – user name is the same as your CustomerGauge login, and you will need to select a password. (We will eventually integrate Zendesk seamlessly with CustomerGauge, but for now, be aware that you have the minor inconvenience of having to create a new login for our Support system.) If you need to do this, go to customergauge.zendesk.com <http://customergauge.zendesk.com> and click the 'Sign in' button

Then you can click the 'Sign up' link to have the access to the system.
Please note that changing the language is possible. If you click the 'English' button on the upper right corner, several other languages will appear.
When logging in to the CustomerGauge ticketing system, you will be able to view all the tickets that you have submitted and their status. If you have any further question about our ticketing system, please contact us via sup...@customergauge.com, or call us on +31 20 820 2160.
