Next Gen Conference

Hey People,

I am sending you this email to inform you about the last changes of the ITtT Conference (Next Gen).

I discussed individually the issue with each and everyone of you, LCP University, CCP of the conference and my MCP and the decision is to delay the conference until 28 February, 1st and 2nd of March.

The Reasons are multiple:

- Facis and Chair: As we don't have Facis Yet, and if we can provide it won't be more than 2 or 3, I find myself forced to delay the conference because we can't lower the quality of Facis as our first concern is to provide a quality training and quality experience for our members, that's why we talk about investing in members and that's why all of our activities are Members' focused or centered. So if I will bring only 3 Facis, I will be forced to lower the number of delegates to 30 delegates and that won't help any of us.

- Bardo and Carthage Conference: Not only Facis will not be available because of these two conferences but also members as always, members tend to go to a familiar environment and they've missed that since their LMSs so We can't force them to be part of our Conference and we can't force LCs to delay their conferences, even though they knew about the dates of the neXt Gen conference before they set the dates for their Local Conferences.

- NFM: As the NFM can't happen during this weekend due to the local conferences and as it is a criteria for membership of LCs, we can't do it in a time two LCs can't be with us, but if we delay the conference to next week we are sure that the conference will have Finance People with us, I just got the confirmation of our MCVP Finance.

- More Delegates, More Impact: If we delay the conference, we will open another round for registrations with a deadline this Sunday and that way we will have more delegates during the conference and we will impact more people.

- Better Quality Conference: More time to discuss the agenda, Facis Applications will be launched tonight or tomorrow, more time to prepare sessions and more time to make everything great, we are sure that we will have a better conference.

I hope that you understand that we don't want to do this, but we are forced to.

I will send an email to the LCVPs TM to inform them about the delay, and we have to send an email to all delegates to inform them about the changes.

I will coordinate with the CCP, because our next step is:

- Inform LCs and Delegates about the changes (Confirm the Delegates as well).

- Open a third round with deadline this Sunday (including NFM registration).

- Launch Facis Application Tonight or tomorrow Morning.

- Send an official invitation to all experienced Facilitators for the conference and check with their availability. (Tonight, I will also put the CCP in CC) (Funny combination).

- Check if there are somethings that need fixing with the CC Team.
