next steps

Dear all , 

these are the next steps for me 

hopefully i will get the whole project booklets from the LCs to make the NST job and mine easier when it comes to the CY to CY partnership

Launching the Feedback sheet for TN Takers to evaluate LCs' performance and especially our customer's satifaction , i recently added the phone number of the TN Taker and his email address so if the TN Taker won't respond to the survey i will be getting a direct feedback via phone.

Exchange webinars this initiative will be for all VPs exchange we will be inviting an MCVP X  from another entity or an ICB member to give session for our VPs , the effectiveness of the webinar will be tested before its official launch through chiheb's first webinar on ORS otherwise it would be a shame to invite an external or a virtual session and no one comes.

meeting with NST and follow up of their given tasks of my last meeting with them 

Meeting with the communication and consultancy team leader to discuss the situation of the EPs in AIESEC IN TUNISIA , track her work and most importantly her next step which will be an audit visit to each LC due to the amount of complaints we received from EPs and also because of the overruns made by LCs in Educate me such as ( GCDP are currently teaching with GIPs  and some GIP are paying more than the rent fees we agreed on) , i think that the NCB will be needing some financial support for some LC audit visits #fedihbazi
