Hey Everyone,

We'll be together for the upcoming three months as a team, without our MCP current and MCP elect so we have to organize the work in order for it to go smoothly.

So in this email you will find the tasks we will have for the three weeks and we will have to do them together. I know this email may be long but please try to read carefully.

General Assembly:

We have in three days a general assembly, thank god as always we have problems with the convocation (I tried this in google translator and found the only translation :p)

So probably the GA won't happen and we will have to call for another one. 

Tasks and follow up:

As I don't know what you are working on, neither does the team, I hope you will share with the rest of the team (me included) your tasks for the upcoming three weeks as answer to this email or as a separate email.

We will probably have a meeting or two during these three week to check the work of each one of us.

NSTs follow up:

Being part of the NST for any key area means being part of the MC Team, that makes each and everyone of us responsible for the teams even of the others.

So what I want you to share with the others the teams you have (I know that Exchange and IM & Comm have their NSTs already) and TM, F and BD already launched their NSTs application.

So what I want everyone of you to do is to share with the others the structure of his key area (managers and NST), as well as the progress in NSTs application.

We want to have at the end of the this week the full structure of the MC Team.

MENA and ITtT Report!

I will share with you guys the ITtT Report soon (hopefully today or tomorrow) but I want to tell you that I am telling the ITtT team to delay the conference one week for it to happen 27, 28 and 1st.

I hope that Maleke can share with us a quick report of the MENA XLDS conference (progress, what we have, what is missing, what is the team doing, What You Need Exactly from the MC). Please Maleke do a scheme of the full MENA Team (I don't know if you already have one, if you do please send it to us).

Final Sprint Campaign:

Now We have :DrumRolls: 618 Realizations, we are 382 realizations far from crossing the 1000 X barrier and we should be excited because we have more than 4 months left, let's say 135 Days to achieve that.

So to motivate LCs, we will launch the Final Sprint Campaign. Which will contain, posters messages, videos and we will use hashtags for the campaign so we motivate people. We will create a competetion between LCs. Let's leave something after we finish our term. Let's make the next MC's life hard in order for them to achieve such a goal.

MC Office:

As I see the Story of the MC Office for interviews, work and gatherings is becoming a huge problem because of a lack of communication between MCVPs, let's use this solution.

If someone from the team needs the office for work, meeting or interviews he should share with the rest of the team 48 hours before the time of the meeting so the others won't do a plan in that period of time. This way we are sure that no one will have troubles with the rest of the team.

Final Word, please make my life easy during these three, apparently, endless weeks.

We started with Nabel Case, Bardo Problems, ITtT problems and soon a general assembly. So please help me :D

Dear all,

This is what I'm going to do for this week:
- Preparing the IT selection guide (since we have a big problem with selecting the right profile)
- The first National eXchange Webinar. Probably, I will make it on Thursday (Houli if possible, can you make a teaser for it, I will be thankful)
- I will prepare for the fish peak initiative & I will keep Houli updated.
- An urgent meeting with the NST's.
- If, I will have time I will prepare the S&D sheet with Molka (We really need it)
