OD Model Consultancy Space

As we have focused on over a period of time, we believe you must have clarity of which LCs are focusing on what and growing how much to achieve your goals. You need to break down the global plan. An OD model has 2 elements
  1. Which LC are focusing on which programme and how much growth (in numbers) and what NPS goals does each LC have in each programme and how does this correspond to your entities focus programme and goals, and what talent capacity they need to deliver. If you have more than 7 LCs you must break this down.
  2. Strategy Clustering - to drive different internal strategy because of huge internal differences in size and scale of operations between LCs (This is only if you have large MC capacity and complex internal structures and lots and lots of LCs) - strictly tier one.
To help you achieve this we delivered Webinars last weekend. You can find the recordings here:

Creating my OD model: Tier1&2, Tier3&4
Role and JD of VP OD: Recording
Implementation of OD model: Recording
Feedbacking your OD models: Recording

Here you can find our "Do it Yourself- toolkit" to create your own OD model

Last week we had the Global Steering team for 1415 in Rotterdam.12 MCPs have been working hard to create the best output for you:

It is input for planning for the 1415 term for MCs on all tiers, based on the assessment of 1314 strategy and implementation:

Find out about successes and challenges of 1314, inputs to 1415 on how to grow GIP, improve quality, create GEN2015 and most importantly - implement the new GIS.

On the wiki you can also share your GCPs or any other inputs to the Global Network.

Matching for Summer!

We grew by 100 Matches in May, and we had 20% growth in raising as well!  This means we should be ready to see a lot of growth in June!

To capitalize on this we have Matching Manias this week and next, one for Marketing and one for Teaching.  We really need everyone to make sure your TN Managers and EPs are there for these sub-products.

But we especially need Europe and North America, who we haven't seen enough. This is how it works: you have 1/2 of the EP supply for these two sub-products, so if you aren't matching them, we only grow 1/2 as much as we could. Sad, right?

Here are all the links, which we suggest you send to all of your TN Managers and EPs for these sub-products:

Supply&Demand

For your information here is the S&D partnership analysis for GIP for 2014 for the biggest partnerships in the network, which should be useful for all entities to understand where there is S&D possibilities for your forms!

May was a good matching month for us, we grew by 100 matches but to be able to be GIP Gen2015 we need to do at-least 1000 matches in June. For the same beyond the matching mania's we need to also concretely start tracking our partnerships and how much we still need to deliver in them. So

1. Check your T Vs A in partnerships till July 2014
2. Check whether there is supply with your country partners
3. If yes, match
4. If no, check where the available forms are on the AFT and match

Let's Match at-least 50% of our available forms this month! Below is a general update of top partnerships in 2014 and clearly we have a lot of catching up to do!

Based on previous peaks, we found that the key detractor issues are Job Description Clarity, Logistics, and integration (includes communications) in both programmes. To ensure that we are going to deliver quantity and quality together for Summer Peak, we developed key activities for us to tackle the key issues in GIP and GCDP.

Within each detractor issue you are able to understand:
1. deeper understanding of the issue based on customer comments
2. key activities in solving the issue
3. Role of LC/MC Sending and Hosting entity
4. Connecting Talent Capacity

To access the full information and the PPTs please access the quality wiki here.

Make sure have your MCVP current and elect onboard on how quality should be delivered for summer peak realisation! Start planning education for your LCs, we have 3 -4 weeks until the peak arrives and there's still time to plan it well! We no more put quality as an "or"!

For further information please contact Ando (firn...@ai.aiesec.org), Cole (co...@ai.aiesec.org), Essa (es...@ai.aiesec.org), and Nikita (nik...@ai.aiesec.org).

Whilst the GIS is only a few months away, we are currently running AIESEC at the biggest scale ever. The only thing you have to do to make the new TMP/TLP menus work powerfully for you is just to put your teams on myaiesec.net and fill the variables.

How many members we have working in different areas? How do we know how efficient we are? What is the relationship between functional areas and performance? Look no further - we have for you!!!!

1. The NEW TMP TLP Menu on myAIESEC.net

There is a new menu on myaiesec.net! The TMP/TLP menu will help you to understand the productivity of different parts of your LC! Watch the video to understand how to use it and what changes your MCVP TM needs to make today to be able to use these new analytics.
