By 2025, Millennials will make up 75 percent of the global workforce, so AIESEC decided to ask them how they would like to be led. 

At Youth to Business Forum: Top Leaders Edition, 250 young leaders from over 120 countries and territories came to Guangdong, China and discussed different experiences they had being led over their lifetime - what worked well, what was challenging for them, and how they could have reached their full potential. 



Dear MCPs,
 
MCP Summit Spring 2014 is coming close! Make Sure your successor is able to come for the meeting due to the importance of the summit itself! We want to ensure entities to be able to plan properly and most important align with the global plan!
 
Please find the PPT here for detailed information on the objective, the expected outcome, and the agenda blocks of the summit!

As a part of what we need to deliver as Gen 2015, we're creating a movement to bring us to the next level for our Global PR and Marketing content!



We need to overcome our limit of being THE WORLDS BEST KEPT SECRET and it's time to FINALLY MAKE AIESEC KNOWN. For this, the network needs to come together and tell the story of AIESEC in a more meaningful and relevant way.


 

 

 

By doing this, we also increase our customers and promoters as an organisation and therefore, accelerate our progress towards 2015 achievement.

How can you support as MCP? 

  1. Contribute your stories-- As top leaders of the organisation, you definitely have among the richest AIESEC experiences that the world can learn from. And so, we'd love your personal contribution!
  2. Get your Network (MCVPs, LC's and their EPs) to join in and contribute-- If like us, you believe that the world needs to really hear and know us, then help us to engage your entity and encourage your membership to contribute!

1. GIP Group Consultancy Latest Schedule (this week!)
Dear MCPs, this week GIP Group Consultancy is here for you! The schedule has some updates so please make sure to forward it to your MC VPs Mrk, TM, o/iGIP, OD/Operations! The space is designed to discuss and learn from eachother focused on specific topics, for all of us to be able to deliver on the GIP Fruit Peak!
 

 
 

2. GIP Monthly Meeting


This summer we're having a HUGE summer peak in the teaching and marketing sub-products. W
e'll have the GIP Monthly Meeting Wednesday May 14th at 13:00 GMT here: http://aiesec.adobeconnect.com/gipmeetingmay/
 
Please make sure your MC VPs will be there, as you know it is a very important touch point for us to be able to align the GIP network towards the massive Fruit Peak coming up! Also, please feel free to take your successors to be there as well! 

3. GIP Global Planning Update: Please fill out Raise and Match Goals!
 
ADD NOW!! Your RAISE AND MATCH GOALS to the market place!! 

We have added Ra and Ma goals to the market place..!
Why? So you can track yourself and your MC team in a better way and secondly it will make global S&D even better since we will be able to see very soon what raising targets are of entities and their actuals as well.
Please ask your MC VPs to fill out the RA and MA goals for the Sub Products as soon as you can!
GO TO: the market place, targets and fill in RMR per sub product. You can even add leads!
