Dear MENA MCPs,

Hope you find this email in a great condition and getting hold of your post conference syndrome :P

I would like to invite you as MCPs to empower your MCEB and LCEB current or elect (if available already) to attend MENAXLDS 2014 in Tunisia. Here are several reasons why it is important for them to attend:
1. XPRO is a platform in taking forward global planning output
as you already know we have already set our entity's MoS in GCDP and GIP and within each SP/IS. XPRO will be a platform where we will cascade those goals into region and to be implemented in a practical way through entity partnership. Being Collaborative network, connection needs to be established, growth comes from success stories from one to another. Without having the needed profile for the conference, it would be a challenge for us as a network and MENA region as ONE regional network to move forward and build that collaboration.

2. MCEB, LCP and LCVP is one of the main profile we want to have touch points with
in the office, we are currently working and building necessary tools to provide LCs to get to know better the global planning output and aware in how are they able to take in down to their LCs for implementation.

3. Co-delivery experiences is the key for success
We want to create the awareness in how partnership should work based on product and experience delivery. Through conversation which will happen during XPRO and practices through out the conference, we believe it will create pioneers in how AIESEC should co-deliver experiences together and let go of the usual way we do our partnerships.

4. making GIP happen
We understand that GIP is currently a bottleneck in achieving 2015. To make it happen it would need a collective effort from the network, where entities meet with each other and make things happen, because they believe that the programme is relevant and needed to grow for AIESEC providing more diverse experiences.

We might heard stories that XPRO is not the main platform for members to get the right information or results, we want to change that. I personally want XPRO to create something tangible, not only excitement and making people inspired. But leaving the conference with a concrete things, the right product, the right goals, the right partnerships to make MENA grow together as a region. I remember that several of you started conversations wanting to make MENA grow together within the region. I personally want to make that happen, but I need your support in empowering your MCEB and LCEB to participate and make that happen with me and us the faci team.

I have asked the hosting entity, that Visa can be processed as fast as they can as long it's within a good time frame, and now it's still possible!

What are you waiting for? let's make MENA grow like never before! TOGETHER!

As a faci team we will put 200% in making this XPRO different and contribute to what is needed for MENA Region moving forward :)

Looking forward in having your MCEB and LCEB participating in MENAXLDS!

PS: Please forward this to your Elects, have them aware that XPRO is important to achieve 2014!

Hugs from Rotterdam :)
