Congratulations!! We grew by almost 100 Matches in May in GIP, and we have already grown by 60 matches in June!! At the moment we're growing 19% in GIP Matches this summer, but we have so much more we can do.  We can literally make GIP grow like never before!!

LAUNCHING Standards measuring for AIESEC! Available to everyone!!!! (Now!)

Objectives?

  • To come up with a measurement system for our exchange standards that is simple and has integrity, which will be part of the new GIS.

Why is this important?

  • We want to measure if we are delivering the container of development we promise and end the doubts of our organisation by having global standards that we implement, enforce and are proud of
  • Understand how we are currently delivering our standards globally
  • Combine internal standards with customer NPS feedback to improve and deliver the AIESEC experience that changes the world: On Local, Entity, Regional and Global level

How will this work?

  • Step 1: Send a message out to your LCs, asking to the fill the 10 seconds survey to assess the standards deliver for the recent realisations.
  • Step 2: Your LCs should fill out the 10 seconds survey by the members who were/are responsible of the delivery of the standards. There are 2 surveys per Exchange - one at realisation time and one at completion time
  • Step 3: An assessment of the integrity and simplicity of the process will be sent at the end of the period so we can get the feedback we need to take this to the next level.

Survey Links (available to everyone!):

OGX Side:

To have full understanding of an exchange both surveys have to be filled, but you can start with the RE survey if the experience is not yet complete. If it is already complete, please fill both surveys. The surveys also contain a section to assess standards delivered by other side (ICX) to cross check the data.

The LCs that would have the highest amount of assessments of their GCDP/GIP realizations for 2014 will be officially recognized as a contributor in getting the best way to measure our exchange standards by AIESEC International.

As MCs (and LCs) you have the opportunity have a look at the data collected as well - here!

Big AIESEC Online is speeding up!

If you read the guides, you probably have a lot of questions, so here's some quick videos from Cole, Essa and Nikita to help you understand the Customer Flows more clearly:

Be sure to make sure you check these guides for MCs we released last week too:

And to help you understand more clearly what's happening moving forward, we are offering to run a webinar for you and your MCP elect to talk about the changes the system brings and the first action steps your MC needs to take to make sure the implementation is as smooth as possible.

We are happy to announce Global Pioneers Team - team who is going to pioneer implementation of new GIS and drive this change in the whole network.

Role of Pioneers team is: Develop – Implement --- Showcase
1) Develop: participate in testing of GIS and provide inputs how we can improve the system before its launch
2) Implement: implement the system in their entity the best and fastest way possible
3) Showcase: share results, successes and challenges with the whole network, engage more entities into GIS implementation in accordance with global timeline

This team is there to help you implement the system, so as a whole network we can make Big AIESEC online happen and achieve 2015!

If any questions about Big AIESEC Online Pioneers team, feel free to approach Olga on ol...@ai.aiesec.org
Soon we will be sending you more updates about this.

After an intense matching period, we are putting more focus on prepare ourselves for HIGH QUALITY Fruit Peak delivery now.  This Fruit Peak (Jun-Aug), we are expecting 15,000 young people to go abroad to experience GCDP. It's a HUGE responsibility. We must be prepared, professional, and most importantly, be caring.

Check the resources blow and get prepared :)

2)How to improve oGCDP Quality for Fruit Peak:

The survey is out, Entities can go to self select issues to do analysis. If you want to do analysis pick any date range starting 29.05.2014 and filter by DATE OF ANSWER. This will ensure you get the right analysis!

We highly recommend entities to download the guide explaining the logic behind the survey, what analysis to do and what is the role of MC and LC in this.

For any questions feel free to contact nikita at nik...@ai.aiesec.org

You can find detailed information on how to use this survey for the right analysis on section 3 of the TMP TLP Clarity Wiki - http://www.myaiesec.net/content/viewwiki.do?contentid=10299749

As we have focused on over a period of time, we believe you must have clarity of which LCs are focusing on what and growing how much to achieve your goals. You need to break down the global plan. An OD model has 2 elements
  1. Which LC are focusing on which programme and how much growth (in numbers) and what NPS goals does each LC have in each programme and how does this correspond to your entities focus programme and goals, and what talent capacity they need to deliver. If you have more than 7 LCs you must break this down.
  2. Strategy Clustering - to drive different internal strategy because of huge internal differences in size and scale of operations between LCs (This is only if you have large MC capacity and complex internal structures and lots and lots of LCs) - strictly tier one.
To help you achieve this we delivered Webinars of which you can find the recordings here:

Creating my OD model: Tier1&2Tier3&4
Role and JD of VP OD: Recording
Implementation of OD model: Recording
Feedbacking your OD models: Recording

Here you can find our "Do it Yourself- toolkit" to create your own OD model
