Dear Team,

I'm sorry to send this late since I have been either physically or mentally not able to coordinate with this, while I would like to request for a meeting tomorrow morning from 9AM-12PM in Office (virtual attending also possible) for a discussion towards the result of this year national Awards.

If everything goes smoothly, probably it will end earlier than the time above.

It needs to be that urgent like in the morning because OC will need 2 days to print the awards in glass for both individual and LC awards instead of just paper award.

P.S. So far I only got application from 4 LCs, will input all the data (provided by them and from the platform i can access) and we could have better discussion tomorrow. (If you would like to help inputing the data, please contact me and I would like to have this as final team synergy.)

Please let me know if any questions.

Warmest Regards,

James LEE

Hi everyone,

I suggest we have this meeting directly after James finishes analysis of the data, because 5th Year OC need to go out and find a Award Making Shop - which takes at least 2 days for the shop to make, perhaps more due to the number of awards we want to make in glass now (19 now - 3 large glass and 16 small glass awards).

It may be 12 midnight or 1 am when James finishes, so I'd like to have permission of those unable to be online at the time so that us at the house can make a decision on who receives awards.

Please confirm if this is ok.

Jason

Hey guys,

Thanks James and Jason for coordinating this so far.
I can help in inputing data, let me know how to do that.

As for discussion part, I propose we can have the brief result after data analysis, as for tomorrow morning we can have proper and fast chat. Having discussion past midnite might not a good idea, and transparency for all MC team is really crucial for this moment.

Let’s ensure this time we can check all variables properly in details. There are some LCs already sent me serious personal request for MC to deliver fairness in the assessment for the whole term performance.

As for number of glass awards, we'll see later if apparently we really need to change individual awards to certificates due to time limitation. I believe for applicants, the fair and credible results will be more important that the shape of awards they get.

Let me know your thoughts.
thanks.

-Inez

Best Seller Award: only LUCT apply. And I don't think this award will go to them. They still put wrong information about how much they achieve. I and Mardy already told them since they submit SOLA. And Bun Mean is not that active more than Reach or Zana IFL.

So in this case, what should we do?
Have a nice day.

Dear Team,

Award should be awarded to the one who has achieved result and based on previous achievement.
Those previous claims that she isn't active is very subjective and biased to one end.
Plus, the argument that it only based on previous sola is really invalid.
My question is why people still be subjective towards this. I hope we can be more transparent and
respect each other based on rule. Please wear on objective hat !!!

if u dont get the whole meaning, better ask. ;) that's not what I talked about what we judge on.

To be transparent, she has less meeting, coldcall, raise than other. But IFL didnt apply whole they deserve it.

My question is how to make it fair to the people who actually top. 2 TNs were allocated from MC. 1 TN was raised without permission.  So 3 raise are not right. We did told them last time. They said they will correct it. But now they sent the same things especially that 1 TN.
NATIONAL HAT PLEASE.

The point is not about LUCT. My original point is how to give award to person who deserve it.

UPDATES:

Since it was only me, Melina, and James in the office this morning, we have discussed on some conditions and Awards criteria. I believe it’s fine for everyone, given the fact that we didn’t have any confirmation from most of people outside office, and it’s not wise to wait until unpredicted time.

Some other important updates can be checked in James’ email for all LCPs.
Transparency issue will be tackled by publishing Scoring Board after Award Announcement.

All MCs are obliged to understand the process and to be on the same page.
Let us know if there’s any other question.

thank you.

Hey Cheata,

Thanks for asking and raising the concerns about Best Seller Award.
Actually this is an award designed for recognizing the best seller, including but not limited to, iGIP raising, iGCDP raising, Events & Entity Partnership building etc.
So this is more in general for sales.

However, if you would like to have one specific award mainly to recognizing specific person who has been working so hard for iGIP, we can put it under our extra MC Angkor Awards, for this we will need your inputs for specific criteria and so we can make it and put it on the wiki after the awards presentation since it also needs to be transparent to LCs even they don't need to apply for that.

Let me know if any other concerns. :)

To whom it may Concern,

I supposed you be more mature and objective and not using your personal judgement without clear system of tracking.
Or other, my intention is not personal attack but to ask why can't LUCT be in consideration ?
I hope you can improve your working ethic and your reasoning skill because your argument is very personal and
based on what you think and feel not objectivity.

Hey Cheata,

I thought that time when we talked is already said clearly it's award for Sales, you have been working so hard to boost Sales within AIESEC Cambodia, and I just don't think that it should block you from thinking just iGIP, you have made impact towards other function as well, and see, a lot of OCs have grown so much because of doing Sales and learning from you. Some of them even bring the skills back to LC level, should we also recognize them?

It's already similar "Cheata's Award", why don't you feel good giving chances to those people who got impact from Cheata?

hmmm, let me know lah..

Guys....I'm not sure anyone receive my email or not but please kindly update me if we will have virtual discussion or not? or just those online spreadsheet?

One simply word in general, we work fucking hard the entire term, so do not screw this such thing and let LC lose faith in MC. See IFL as example, what happens during NC. Just simply have concrete discussion and end it well. We have been working last minute and delay so many things according to the plan throughout the wole year, do consider how Award sensitively represent us in LC perspective.

Dear all,

Hope you are all updated with all processes James has been assisting LCs to do (MC’s email was copied in the thread)
After the follow up action post-submission deadline, we have generated all data now.

Tomorrow we’ll have meeting for final decision (during office hour) at 2PM at MC Office.
I believe having a direct open discussion would be much better than blur conversation in email thread.

Hope to see everyone there so we can have mature and objective discussion.
(We’ll try to accommodate virtual participation as well)
Whatever the result after tomorrow, it would be final and need to be respected as unified decision from MC Angkor.

Thank you.
