[URG-IMP] June MC Attendance Tracker - ddl Wed, 1PM

Dear MC,

By Thursday or the latest Friday we will get our final MC Allowance, for June. 

In order to receive our allowance with peaceful heart (as we are accountable to this beloved entity) as what we agreed before, please fill the tracker below, by the latest tomorrow 1PM.

If you’re confused for some days you take leave, whether it’s considered as PL or UL, just fill it first then we will check based our yearly tracker. 

Please do fill it, otherwise we couldn’t count your amount of allowance properly.

Dear Team,

Hope you are doing great wherever you are :)

Since June is quite a special month, we need to have a special type of management as well.

It’s quite challenging for tracking MC attendance in this month, due to the Freedom of Working space that we have in this month. 

We know that AIESEC is a non for profit organization and that we are paid by the entity -as allowance, not salary- to cover some unavoidable expense for the voluntary work that we are accountable for the organization.

In order for us to have a peaceful heart during our working time in June, I have create this simple tracker that we can update every day.

No one can track or check on you, so all of us are fully trusted to demonstrate our integrity :)

Like i mentioned in last email, i just complete to do list. So it is flexible time. Sometime i got up late and work till night. 

I don't like to be track. So i am not sure if it works for you guys.
