Dear Mardy Chea, 

After a serious and difficult discussion within MC Team concerning the right behaviour and role we need to have as MC of AIESEC in Cambodia, on behalf of MC AIESEC in Cambodia 13/14, I regretfully inform you that you are officially dismissed as MCVP Finance and Governance 13/14.

This decision has been taken not only based on recent case, but for several other different conditions in the past. Kindly read the Official Dismissal Letter attached for all details. The result will be communicated to AIESEC Cambodia membership by tomorrow, 1st July 2014. 

It is definitely the toughest decision we have ever made and needed to take as a team, and we understand how it is hard for you as well. 
On behalf of AIESEC in Cambodia, I would like to appreciate all of your contribution for the entities. Thank you for your hard works and I apologize for any mistakes in the past. 

We sincerely wish you all the best with your development journey in AIESEC in Mongolia.

I'm glad at least somebody make a move. Seeing the fact Inez is able to take action and communicate to LCs is big major improvement. At least I'm officially dismissed which pretty much better than people in this team was not able to announce their promotion or changing-role management. If discharged my role is solution to the leadership model of this organization, I would definitely love to do so. But if the threat falls on management as the leaders, that would be the most ashamed act to do just to cover our own good.
