Hey Melina,

So...EDI brings up a good point, and Mardy says they won't be available too. Can you choose a new date?

Jason

Hi Jason,

Thank you for your collaboration. We have sponsorship package for all sponsors since we need a lot of budget to run this project and other HOH's projects. Once we have finalized it, I will send it to you. All schools and university can consider the sponsorship package and decide which one to take.

Regarding the room on July 27-28, 2013, we have the meeting room available for you. But why do you decide to have a meeting with your members on the election day? Better to avoid those days.

Best Regards,
Bolene

Hi Bolene,

Received, I'll check with my colleagues to see if we have a conference on that date and will get back to you accordingly.

Also to double-check, can I contact university administration from our network, and would they be able to have a booth at the event?

Regards,

Jason

Hi Bro,

I am forwarding my last email to you regarding my asking for collaboration with AIESEC. I think I made a mistake in spelling your aiesec email. Now this time, it should be ok. Let us know your comment so that we can proceed the seminar announcement. And we will discuss more in organizing the event later.

Regarding the room, I am checking if it is free these two days. Yes 75 members can fit.

Best Regards,
Bolene

Hi Longdy and Jason,

Since very long time, we always appreciate AISEC's mission in Cambodia in building Leadership and Citizenship. Helpourhomeland Organization www.helpourhomeland.org is a local non-profit organization serving to provide life orientation to high school students and university students to make sure they choose the right path of life after high school and university.

This year HOH is planning to organize the 7th Youth Event for High School Graduates on the topic: Life Preparation after High School on September 15, 2013. I can see both your AIESEC and HOH have very similar missions and since AISEC is also a learning partner with EDI and I am also HOH's board director, I would like to ask for collaboration with JCI in organizing this event. We would like to ask your permission to use AIESEC's logo and name in our seminar announcement and welcome your initiatives in the implementation of the event.

Here, I am attaching the seminar announcement for your view and comment as well; and I also cced Mr. Oeur Sam At, HOH's executive manager too. Bang Sam At, I really appreciate if you team up with AIESEC team in organizing this event since AIESEC has many experienced volunteers. We can meet up and discuss this together as well.

Should you have further questions, you can call directly to me at 012 523 865 or 015 705123 or Bang Sam At at 077 777105.

Best Regards,
Bolene
