Hey guys,

Since there are demand for clarity from LCs, I want to know your thought on how we can manage Office allocation for LCs.

Possibility office spaces:
1. Stanford
2. UP
3. LUCT (need confirmation from Vongdude/Chhanak)

Progress so far from random conversation:
1. Either IFL or PP is interested for Stanford
2. Big possibility UP can be allocated to Wat Phnom
3. LUCT is delayed due to no person responsible to manage.

Possible way to manage the case:
1. Allocation (based on LC location)
2. Specific requirement (bidding process, etc)

Every input from MC will be appreciated, (esp. from LC Coaches if u have more information) let me know if you think we need any physical meeting for this.

Thankssss :D

I think PP hasn't tried to contact PUC at all for office space, have they? I remember running into one marketing manager who has his office at PUC for a student initiative.

Perhaps the same with IFL - I think LCs would have to prove they've tried researching into their university space, or at least answer the question for a bid.

Would it be healthy for both IFL and PP to use the office space at Stanford? To my understanding, it could be big enough to fit both.

PP doesn't have a good university relation though with PUC. For stanford, I think any allocation process is fine but if it's a bid, we need to put more effort to make it fair for both LCs as PP is running their iGCDP exchange for Stanford.

Should we include this discussion with elect team as well?

Yo,

I agree with Jason to have bid for Standford.
LUCT tried to search for their office.
UP, I have been keeping follow up with UP.

So Inez, can do conclusion for new team. Sorry for late response :)

Thank you Jason and Lin for the input.
Since we haven’t gotten enough inputs from others and this issue has been quite left behind for the past month, I personally don’t see that we can reach a final wise decision in one week.

Here I copied the thread to Toffer as well, to ask opinion from the Elect time and to see possibility if we can have final LC offices allocation process in July.

Thanks.

i think PP & IFL would not mind sharing standford actually.
I would advice we invite LCPe to ask their opinion for standford.
No need to have bid la..

To whom it may Concern,

I supposed you be more mature and objective and not using your personal judgement without clear system of tracking.
Or other, my intention is not personal attack but to ask why can't LUCT be in consideration ?
I hope you can improve your working ethic and your reasoning skill because your argument is very personal and
based on what you think and feel not objectivity.

From my perspective, it seemed that Vongdude was close to securing a National Office at LUCT, and I also assume he had good relations with the university to propose a Local Office as well, is it true?

Otherwise let's try not to attach each other over email please, let's be solution oriented :)

Dear Jason and Inez,

I am sorry the previous message wasn't to be the message about the office.
It's the message for the award consideration. I am sorry for any confusion and careless mistake.

For office space, I would like to propose any solution that we can have  other option for LUCT.
I have talked with members and they said it's quite far for them and since LUCT memberships now
are quite diverse.Another consideration is that LUCT will propose to change name, according to location.
Therefore, either office at LUCT or Somewhere in LUCT is still fine.

I would like to appreciate for your help. Please give me input as well.

Thanks,

Regarding Stanford, I agree if we can have both LCs share the office, or else, no matter bidding or not, one needs to find another office space, unless we can secure there's another one ready for office.

For LUCT case, if the school LUCT still no response, how about trying AUPP or Zaman? since they have good relationship with AIESEC as well, right?

Warmest Regards,

James LEE
