Well, I totally understand that as MC members I need to respect the decision but I am not here to complaint the fact that I was informed so late about the date of discussion were on 27th instead of 26th (I received an email from Inez at 12:37 GMT +8 with the key word of date "Tomorrow", so I was waiting online on 27th and you can refer to Melina if I were there or not). Still upset the fact how ineffecient the work is, inform people 14 hours and expect people to be gathered while even have no capability to motivate people come to work in one place.
Here is the thing I want to bring to mind about Best LC Award. Data from Absolute and Relative Growth in TXP from IFL and LUCT are missing which give advantages to PP leads 6 points. iGIP both LUCT and PP are from MC, which I don't think it should be called as LC achievement and affect IFL score. # of TLP and TMP, which I feel small LC was so exclusive. Last but not least, I do not see the point of putting oGIP and iGIP into the criteria since we discussed this early at the beginning of the year that these 2 programmes shouldn't be programme focus and we even agreed to lower National Compendium in LC Exchange Criteria section.
There is no need of replying this email, but consider how to spend your last 2 days of what should be done with LC since this is not our first mistake and see from the fact how we handle the case from previous. Strategic vise, yes.....giving award is motivational tools to enable performance but logical vise, you are about to cut number of performance next year. Good Luck, Cambodia! Enjoy your last day without me, I will only respond what is my duty (finance related) and do expect any less.
