enable nbx in amber

Hi everyone,

Do you know how to enable MBX with Amber, it keeps complaining about missing MBX_DIR?

If you have done it before, how did you help cmake to detect MBX_HOME

Hi Piotr,

Thank you for your interest in MBX! Unfortunately, Amber is not supported at the moment. The integration you mentioned was independently implemented by an Amber developer. In the meantime, we recommend using LAMMPS as we work to extend MBX's capabilities.
