So after searching Google I found 1000 posts on what to do when the extruder don push out plastic but non on the opposite. I could be that I didn’t express my self correctly when searching

So here is my problem

While the head don’t print small amount of plastic is coming out and that makes a mess when printing with dual head because while one head is printing the other accumulates a plastic sting that in the end hits the printed area and it looks horrible

Pleas help!!

Your second extruder should be totally off when the main one is printing. Something is keeping heat to the second extruder, One thing the Mbot does well is shut off the extruder flow when it is stopped, there are other machines that have a constant dribble for several minutes, depending on the filament. Look at your gcode and see if somehow you are getting dual extrusion set up going on or your setup. Seems that some people have run into the fans being reversed. If it's not in the gcode or setup, then there is some other hardware thing going on.

Hello Giga Faze I don’t know did you misunderstand me or I misunderstood you.

But this is happening when I am printing in dual mode, when only single mode it’s OK.

Regarding the fans they blow air toward the steeper motors I hope that’s the correct direction!

If I can post anything her that could help you please let me know because for now dual printing form me is not possible at least if I want to get any decent product!

I get the same problem.  I tried to print a checkered octopus (hey, why not) and while one nozzle is printing, the other leaks some material.  It screws up the print.  How do we prevent the leak of filament from the resting nozzle?

Cheers,
John

I cut back the temperature to 215 and slowed down the print speed to 60% and after lots of fiddling around to get the nozzles exactly the same height off the print bed, the prints are coming out pretty good.  Tomorrow I'll try a duel nozzle print.  Wish me luck.

Cheers,
John
