x-axis jammed

I dont know what to make of this issue. The x-axis locks up when the command to jog is given or a print is attempted. When I swap out the y-axis motor with the x-axis, it moves freely. Is this an issue with the motherboard or is it software based?

My board was wrong set up: After several issues, I've just checked the board and saw that the "end of axis sensors" where mismatch. Unfortunately, because I did realize to late, some parts did broke due to the slamming (not recognizing the end of the axis).

I do not understand why there are not 6 Switches used to avoid any issues when arriving at the end of an axis.
