Need help getting skeinforge in repG with the grid 2 duel!

Help! I need a hand! Same printer (duel grid 2 ) and need to use jitter in skein for tglase seams, set to 16 and it becomes invisible. Problem I have is when I successfully encode and and try to print from pc or SD, it goes to home, then to start/waiting spot and as soon as its about to extrude, it powers up extruder motor for one sec, then returns to home and loops like that constantly till I cancel. What's the problem? I've tried GPX.exe from mbot mprints native directory , same issue. I've printed before with skein and its shitty rafts in repG, but now it doesn't seem to work. What did I do wrong?
