Revised Profile format

Only Dhananjay, Ashish, Prakash (Guru your family photo is missing!) and Madhusudan have send their profile along with recent family photo. I have changed the format and am attaching a sample of self for your reference. I will transform for those who have already sent and they need not sent again in the new format.
