Except very few, nobody has confirmed their plans to visit Jodhpur. Pls. confirm asap so that necessary arrangements can be made by the Jodhpur Team. In the earlier communication from Reena, one can find all the details related to visit confirmation and amount to be transferred so that the committee can make necessary arrangements. I am again attaching the same document for your ready reference.

 

May I REQUEST each and every one to send their confirmation asap.

Do I deposit the cheque now or bring along with me. I do not need any stay arrangements ( Sasural me rahoonga with khatirdari).

A) Members who are attending the function at Jodhpur need to confirm their visit and remit the registration fee as detailed below:

 

I]-  Rs. 7000.00 per alumni including family   [Without staying and transport facility]

II]- Rs. 11000.00 per alumni including family [With staying facility one room for two days]

 

The aforesaid registration charges can be deposited through Demand draft /Banker’s cheque / Out station cheques payable at Jodhpur at par in the following account as detailed hereunder:

I have reached Jodhpur and preparations are in full swing :)

Please do bring your latest Photograph also. You may have to fill the form which I had circulated earlier. This will be used in our complete batch directory preparation. The second form template which I had sent in which family photo has been requested ....I am composing for our EC batch and the same will be shared later as soft copy.

Also there is a request from Jodhpur coordination commitee and from everone....

Hi Everybody !!!

Wish you all a very Happy Holi !

It was very nice to meet you all in the Silver Jubilee function. The function ended abruptly with the tragedy of the sad demise of our colleague. We were all shaken by this incident and greatly shocked by the news. Life is very unpredictable and shows us all its colors, sometimes good and sometimes bad. But we all know that we have to overcome the hard realities and sadness. Let us pray that the soul of our friend rest in peace. I also pray to God to shower upon you and your family health, happiness and success.

I noticed that we all have become very silent after the function. We are not interacting as we should have done after the rare reunion. I was looking forward to the picnic next day and was very keen to hear the experiences of everybody.

Why dont we keep a get together and meet again? For that matter we can meet every year or every five years. Some friends who could not make it last time can join us this time. What say? Think about it friends and let us take this opportunity to have a reunion again!

My suggestion -  V should have union once every 1 – 2 years at some centralized location ( Not necessary Jodhpur). Can v plan winters of 2013 at Jaipur / Gurgaon ( Restricted to our ECE batch)
