Hi Friends

 

This is not an official mail J

 

During my telecom with coordination team at Jodhpur, I understand the dates are finalised now for 15^th and 16^th December. On 15^th it is a full day prog. At college and on 16^th they are planning some out seeing to capture old memories of jodhpur!

 

We should be in college on 15^th morning and plan accordingly to reach. On 16^th one can leave in the afternoon or anytime after that. Trust this will help in the planning esp. for outstation people.

 

I am sure the coordination team will revert back with proper prog. And on logistics related to accommodation bookings etc.

 

They are also discussing on some projects which they would like to put forward related to contributing from our side.

 

Well I do understand it may be a short notice but this will be the only occasion in our life to meet all together so we should sincerely try to make it!

 

I am attaching the updated list for your reference and if there are some corrections then pls. do let me know.
