[ANN] mblaze 1.3, a Maildir-focused command line mail client

Hello,

I'm happy to announce a new release of "mblaze", a Unix command line
mail client system in the spirit of RAND MH, but developed from scratch
and focused on Maildir.

This 1.3 release mainly adds bugfixes and small improvements.

* mcom: add senthook
* mfwd: attach all files when forwarding in raw mode
* Maildir: support WinNT/NTFS based systems (using ; instead of :)
* mcolor: add coloring support for diffs
* mdirs: add Maildir profile key
* minc: read directory names from stdin
* mcom: add Drafts profile key
* mcolor: print out form-feed
* add contrib/mopenall - open every attachment in xdg-open
* Many bug fixes.
* Documentation improvements.
