Our SOS reporting score is entered in to RED zone and is extremely poor.  We have 60 sites running and it is must to have atleast 05 Nos of SOS per month.    

 

Sushil / Manjunath :  Please pass on this message immediately to our all Safety Officers across country.  I am also requesting Anand to arrange a monthly call with entire Safety Officers team.

Dear All,

 

Please find attached the HPS SOS Dashboard for Week 40. Please have a look at shortfalls of your respective LOBs and start reporting SOS to clear the shortfall. Please refer the individual LOB tabs and look at the Red/yellow/green indictors for each leader + his/her team. Please improve your team’s SOS reporting if the indicator is Red/ Yellow and maintain if it is already green.

 

As always, we can see excellent contribution from LSS. They have reported 73% of the total SOS. 

 

No of SOS Contributing to the Red HPS Metric: GES- HPS: 2368 ,  PAS:  345 ,  EFS:75.
