Sir,

As discussed and informed you that at Wadala site HPCL office is asking for both IRN and inspection report, without this he will not pass any bill.

I have made line item wise which document is available and which are not available.

Approved data sheet for Fire & Jockey panel are also not available.

CCOE certificate for DBBV is also required.
