Terima kasih atas minit mesyuarat tersebut. Cuma ingin mendapat pengesahan sekali lagi mengenai tarikh mesyuarat akan datang yang MIROS akan jadi tuan rumah masih ditetapkan ikut keputusan mini mesyuarat pada 16 Jun 2011 atau tarikh terbaru 20 Jun 2011?
 
Pohon pengesahan dan adakah surat jemputan akan dihantar oleh MIROOS atau oleh Urus Setia MBKKP?

Tarikh seperti yang diminitkan dipersetujui pada 16 Jun tetapi atas hal-hal yang x dapat dielakkan, pihak MIROS minta dipinda ke 20 Jun 2011. Surat jemputan akan dikeluarkan oleh tuan rumah sepertimana mesyuarat-mesyuarat MBKKP sebelum ini. Harap maklum.
