3 Service opportunities (1 today, 2 Saturday) + Prop. 8 thoughts

Brethren,

We have several service opportunities coming up that I hope you can participate in:

1)  Today starting at 4:30 we are going back to the Starks to help load another moving truck with the remaining household items + their garage.  (In fact, I just ran into Kyle in the cafeteria and he said they'd be grateful for any and all help)

2)  This Saturday at 8am we are doing a service hour blitz at Sister Hannamaiki's house (862 Rosecrans Ave., Manhattan Beach)  We'll be doing various household tasks, a little electrical work, mixing concrete for a tetherball post, etc.  Also she has recently asked: does anyone have a truck, a dolly, or a power washer?

3)  Proposition 8 efforts are ongoing.  Both RB and MB groups will be meeting and calling again this Saturday at 9 at Sister Collins' and Sister Westover's homes.  I think we're down to 48 days -- don't miss out on your chance to make a difference!

Along those lines, I recently started brainstorming a few 1-liners (actually 2-liners, mostly) that I think would make good "Yes on Prop. 8" web/youtube ads.  Anyone else have some ideas or want to help?
