Keeping this in mind RICS Presents a two Week “Professional Development Programme in Real Estate Business Management for Future Leaders” that brings industry leaders together with real estate practitioners to examine real-world scenarios, best practices, resource and design innovations, and effective leadership techniques for competing successfully in an increasingly complex market.
The programme, which is designed and endorsed by three prominent institutions: RICS, University of San Diego and University of Nevada, Las Vegas covers a wide range of aspects and is designed to help you better position your firm for short-term stability and long-term growth. The major tracks in the Program shall be as follows:
Track 1: Technology and Sustainability in Real Estate
Track 2: Public-Private Partnerships in Real Estate
Track 3 & 4: Tenant Amenities, Creative Office Space and Strategies in Asset Management
Track 5: Urban Revitalization and Entrepreneurship in Real Estate
Track 6: Real Estate Investments: Emerging Business Models and Financial Modeling
Track 7: New Construction Technologies for Real Estate and Building Communities
RICS has put together a program that includes the above mentioned innovations in construction and real estate. The programme duration is 12 days, including travel from January 13-24, 2018. For the first two days, training will be at the RICS School of Built Environment in Noida, India followed by travel to San Diego where the programme will continue for four days. Thereafter, the group will move to Las Vegas and continue their programme for another three days with 2 free days in between. There are 7 tracks in the programme with details of pedagogy, instructors and programme format given in the brochure attached. Post completion of the programme the group can join the World of Concrete Exhibition (Jan 22 -26, 2018) being held at Las Vegas, on their own.
