The last official release of mbeddr was November of last year (version 2018.2.0). Should I stick to that version or is there a latter version I can use? I ask because 2018.2.0 only supports MPS 2018.2.6 and I'd prefer to use a newer version of MPS.

Hi,

You can grab this version of mbeddr:

<dependency>
  <groupId>com.mbeddr</groupId>
  <artifactId>mbeddr</artifactId>
  <version>2019.2.21932.b51d5a6</version>
  <type>pom</type>
</dependency>

It supports the latest and greatest MPS 2019.2.3.

Kind regards,

Stephan

Thanks.  Where can I get this?  It doesn't appear in github.

OK I figured out it's not in github; I need to go to build.mbeddr.com and log in as a guest.
This video explains the process: https://youtu.be/OKIyaO8NC9c.

If all tests have passed then it's general safe to use even if it's not an official build?  Just wondering going forward.

Note, that you can also get all mbeddr builds from our Nexus server located at  https://projects.itemis.de/nexus. The name of the repository (group) to refer to is Open Source Projectgroup. The direct link to the mbeddr version I've referred you to earlier is https://projects.itemis.de/nexus/service/local/repo_groups/OS/content/com/mbeddr/mbeddr/2019.2.21932.b51d5a6/mbeddr-2019.2.21932.b51d5a6.zip.

Yes. We do proceed exactly this way when we update the mbeddr version that we use for internal production purposes.

Regards,
