ข้อมูล/ข้อแนะนำนี้ถูกต้อง   มีฏีกาออกมาแล้ว แม้ว่า ห้างหรือโรงแรมจะเขียนข้อฏิเสธ ไม่รับผิดชอบไว้ก็
ตาม ห้างและโรงแรมต้องรับผิดชดใช้ตามหลักกฏหมายรับฝากทรัพย์ ตามประมวลกฏหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์
ท่านสังเกตุดูซักประมาณสองปีที่ผ่านมา ห้างโลตัสแถวบ้าน (บางกะปิ) ไม่ยอมให้บัตรอะไรเลย

ส่งให้กันเยอะๆครับ เผื่อกรณีเป็นคนรู้จักกัน..

วันนี้คุยกับพี่ที่ทำงาน เค้าสนิทกับพวกข้าราชการกระทรวงโน้นนั้นนี้มากมาย เค้าเล่าว่าเพิ่งคุยกับรอง
อธิบดี อะไรสักอย่าง กับ สคบ. เรื่องการฟ้องร้องของผู้บริโภคว่าเป็นยังไงบ้าง....

ถ้าหากเราเกิดรถหาย/ถูกทุบในห้างสรรพสินค้า ..... ต้องเข้าไปซื้อของในห้างและเก็บใบเสร็จไว้
เป็นหลักฐานว่าเราเป็นลูกค้ามาใช้ บริการของห้างฯ ถ้ารถหายก่อน ก็วิ่งเข้าไปซื้อของซะ แล้วก็เก็บใบ
เสร็จไว้ซะ แนะนำว่าควรเป็นการซื้อในห้างโดยตรง ไม่ใช่ร้านค้าที่มาเช่าพื้นที่เพื่อความชัดเจน แน่นอน
ของหลักฐาน

ถ้าหากเราเกิดรถหาย/ถูกทุบในโรงแรม .... เราต้องเช็คอินเข้าพักในโรงแรม ถึงจะถือได้ว่าเป็น
ลูกค้าของโรงแรมอย่างชัดเจน....แล้วก็เก็บหลักฐานใบเสร็จ รับเงินการเข้าพักโรงแรมเอาไว้

แล้วก็ฟ้องร้องผ่านสคบ. ไม่ว่าห้าง/โรงแรม จะให้บัตรจอดรถหรือไม่ หรือเขียนไว้ว่าไม่รับผิดชอบ

ทุกคดีที่มีหลักฐานชัดเจนอย่างข้างบนจะชนะหมดเลย
