Schedule for MBC Toastmasters at Woodridge Library

Good afternoon,

I have the month of February approved for our meetings, 2nd and 4th Mondays. March 13th is requested and more than likely approved.

The remaining days in March are not yet open for requesting rooms.

Remember, I missed the opportunity to schedule the 4th Monday in January but I did schedule the 5th Monday, January 30th.

Sharman we have to ensure we  let our members and potential members, as well as guests, know we are not meeting on the 4th Monday in January.

Our 2nd half of training is coming up and my hope is that all of the leadership will again obtain a second training this year so we can again be a Dream Team.

Mr. Galloway, I believe we all know how to go on the District 36 website to find the available training info, however, if you have that at your fingertips, please forward it to me or the Google group email list that can be found in the To line of this email.

Ms. Graham, you are on this email because Mr. White gave me your card but he wanted me to email him about a better way to get in a rhythm about scheduling Conference Room 2. But also, it is good you are on this email in case persons ask about the MBC Toastmasters meeting. We are getting quite a few interests and they are coming from the Woodridge Library community.
