Hey Guys,
I looked into possibly using our UQ Email accounts to manage our files
and found it's actually probably a good idea to start using that
instead of the Google group.
I've sent everyone an invitation (provided I got everyone's emails
correct) to a Skydrive network. It's essentially a network drive with
folders into which we can all upload our FQs etc. It has 25GB of
storage space, and we can have a separate folder for each week, in
addition to the fact we can all sign in using our University Email
Accounts. It means we don't really have to use the Google Group
anymore, and if we want to send messages to everyone, we just need to
use Outlook email.
If people are desperately keen to stay with the Google group, that's
fine too, we'll discuss it properly in PBL on Monday.
