Dear Prof. Claes and Ms. Hien,
Firstly, thank you for your email and the proposed solutions.
Moving forward, our class have discussed and agreed on the below.
1) Though not many of us can make it this week, the ones who can will try their best to attend as many sessions as possible. Please confirm that you will not use attendant record as a criteria for course evaluation.
2) It is definitely a loss for those who cannot make it this week or who miss out some sessions due to prior-arranged schedule. Therefore, please confirm that you will arrange an evening session on next Monday 7Jul14 for course "wrap-up”. Besides, it would be much better if we can do skype sessions next week. Please consider and confirm.
3) Again, as VB7 is going to the end of the course, please make sure this is the last “incident” to our "hard-working" and “thirst-for-knowledge” students.
Thanks and have nice week.
Tran Hong Anh (Ms.)

This solution is being arranged, so I will inform to you about its status as soon as possible.
