Dear Prof. Alter,
We have not had guest speaker in Business Law course yet, but the others have.
Such as Market Research, we invite an alumna, she is director in market research company and she shared about how different in apply the research methodology to different customer sectors. Similar format to other courses, the guest will present about their experience in their business which link to the content of the course. You can recommend some topics, and the guest can pick up the one he or she interest or expert in.
In our network, we have an alumnus has master degree in business law and director of a law firm, I can contact him to invite to be guest speaker in your course, if you want. Please inform me by next Thursday so that I have enough time to arrange.

By the way, do you want to invite a guest speaker to your class? From students’ feedback, they are interesting in the guest speaker’ sharing to have information about how implement theory in business work and some tools or tactics. Of course, that part becomes interesting only when it has cooperation from professor to develop the contents.
If you want to have this session, I may recommend to you a few alumni profiles.

It is so nice to have chance to welcome you to Saigon again.
This mail is to prepare for your course in Saigon. I list some information about your course, please correct me or add information, if need. Thank you.
1. Course on platform and your account, we use e-platform to communicate to our student about material and agenda of the course, so I created your account on the platform. Please use follow information to log in it, and try to use it to give instruction to your students. Of course, you also can send those file and email text to me, then I forward to students.

2. Course material, students love to have slide or lecture of the course in advance, can you give the file to them? Currently, on the course account, there are old document that you used in previous class, so you can keep those you want to use this year and update the new one.
You also please revise the course outline with the method of assessment to finish the course.
3. Course agenda, this course has 6 sessions, 3hrs each, so the schedule should be like this, from 30 June to 5 July: evening session 6pm – 9pm (normally class starts at 6.15, to have 15’ for late students J ); and on Saturday 6 July, class in afternoon 2pm – 5pm.
4. Facility, There is screen and projector in class room, will you use your own laptop during your course time? And do you need flipchart, A0 papers… or special arrangement for the class. Please inform me in advance. By the way, here is the address of the university: Dai hoc Mo, 97 Vo Van Tan st, Dist 3.
5. Students, list of students in MBAVB7 is in attachment, only 36 out of the list are registered to your class because some delayed the studying already. One more student from MBAVB6 class, who need to take your course to finish the program, I will list them in an excel file for you. Also, do you want create group in your class? How the group should be?
