Changes in this release:
- Position of dividers in the annotation window are saved to user preferences
- Data access objects were being garbage collected without the 'close()' method being called. While this had no effect on the database calls; it did generate warning messages. Close is now being called in nearly all cases.
- The VCR controls that monitor the state and timecode of the video/vcr now use a single threaded queue to handle all requests. Previously there were several threads making calls to the VCR; which seemed to be resulting in a slow down of the annotation interface after several hours operation.
- Upgraded the included database to Apache Derby 10.7.1.1 (was 10.6.2.1). Of course, you can still run VARS on top of any database you prefer.
- Added documentation in the download to reference the new mbar-vars google group
