Jayanita is a 100% export company and is a Government recognized export house with an annual turnover of about 50 Crores. It has an excellent growth record since the inception of the company in 1978 and are one of the leading exporters in India. Currently Jayanita introduced themselves in domestic market with the brand name of Decowindow . Under decowindow they are into all kinds of domestic trade – Ecommerce ; Organized market and unorganized market.
 
PRODUCT PROFILE OF THE COMPANY: The main product lines being handled by us are:
Ø  Curtain Rods , garden torches etc.
Ø  Tassels, Tiebacks, Cording and Trims.
Ø  Wired Fabric Ribbons.
Ø  Home Furnishing Made Ups- curtain , cushion , designer bedding collection etc.
TARGET MARKETS: the main markets are USA and EUROPE. We have an exclusive vendor base spread over India and have 2 factories that handle production, finishing and packaging of our various product lines.
The major clients are Walmart , lamplight , carrifour , home depot , home center , cost plus etc.
Work environment: the organization has a very dedicated work force and has an excellent work environment. SOME GENERAL GUIDELINES:
Ø  The office timings are 9:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. coming to the office in time is most important to maintain the decorum of the company. Export jobs require late hours of working and it will be entirely your outlook on how you handle your responsibilities.
Ø  It is very important that you have your own conveyance. The company will not reimburse any type of conveyance while coming from home and going back. The conveyance will be reimbursed in only that case when you have gone for some official work.
Ø  The company works on the principle of gross salary which is the actual cost of the employee to the company. The gross salary includes basic salary, all perks, all allowances, all PF and ESI contribution towards your account or other required government contributions, any TDS if required to be deducted.
The company is visiting  the Campus on Thursday, 23.1.2014 at 10am, Room No 104.

Primary Responsibilities:
Setting of “annual sales targets” , based on the existing/ current customers and identified.
Networking through PR to identify new business opportunity.
Aggressive participation in International & domestic business fairs.
Meeting the projected sales targets.
Identification of new markets.
Offering of new developed products to the existing customers.
Retaining existing customers by providing quality pre & post sales services.
Thorough research on the targeted new customers, to offer right product to right customers.
Regular follow ups for the offered detail with all customers.
Maintaining sound relationship with the customers through PR & Prompt servicing.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Secondary Responsibility:
Related samplings and product development.
Regular updating of marketing paraphernalia like mart/showroom.
Category - vise product catalog updating.
Coordination with the execution department, for timely apprising of any open order to the customer(s).
Preparing MIS (e.g. WSR, MSR, and TSR) on periodic basis.
Initiation of new order by providing costing sheets, Master samples and other related important information to execution departments.
