Roles & Responsibilities

·         Understanding client requirements, client selection process and identify profile of the potential candidates who can fit the requirement

·         Planning a Search strategy to identify the required profile

·         Searching the candidates through Internal databases, Job boards and through your own networking

·         Understand candidate’s resumes, career plans and evaluate role fitment.

·         Counsel candidates on how they should plan their career moves.

·         Positioning relevant candidates to clients

·         Follow up till the requested job position is closed.

·         Manage client relationships & candidate relationships

·    Adherence to CareerNet’s Service Excellence framework comprising of Quality processes, usage of resume database application and participation in employee development initiatives

Skill Set Requirement

·         Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills
